FantastiCon 2016 was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who came and partied with us all weekend, we had a real blast!
2017 planning is already well underway and we'd like to stay at the Guildhall in Hull.
We like to think that we run a different kind of convention to most and we hope that those of you who attended think we've done just that. This year hundreds of people came and enjoyed awesome fudge and collectables, virtual reality, cosplay, science fiction, fantasy, technology, comics, gaming, books and more.
This year we were open for two days and
for just £10 (£8 NUS) per day folks enjoyed;
Meeting JRR Tolkien's Great Grandson Royd Tolkien
A nightly Nerf War on Saturday and Sunday
Trying out the latest virtual reality with
and HTC Vive
Seeing the latest games in action in our technology corner, including
No Man's Sky
and many more...
VR headset with your own phone
Driving a Dalek
and seeing some amazing creations by Robert Philips, Euan Gloyn and more
Simon Fisher Becker
's exclusive live one-man show 'let Zygons be Zygons'
Joined in live Q&A and workshops both days including authors, musicians, cosplayers, game developers and many more

Enjoyed all things literary in our dedicated LitFest on Sunday

LIVE MUSIC from Saraswati, Jemma Johnson and Kitten von Mew (Kitten will also be dancing for you)
And to keep everyone refreshed -

All of this
and much more
